Vorrei sapere come fare una fattura ad una associazione onlus. devo sempre mettere la ritenuta d'acconto? oppure posso farmi pagare il totale? chiedo questo perchè non penso che l'associazione abbia una gestione contabile dietro che va a versare il 20% Grazie Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
ilcommercialistaonline Posted February 23, 2013 Share Posted February 23, 2013 Salve, Benvenuto nel forum! ) Se l'associazione ha una partita IVA la fattura va fatta con ritenuta d'acconto essendo sostituto di imposta.
