stefy Posted December 9, 2008 Share Posted December 9, 2008 Scusate se insisto con le spese di rappresentanza ma non ci esco fuori. Ho una fattura di un ristorante intestata alla nostra azienda. Ristorante in un comune diverso da quello della sede legale dell'azienda. (Pranzo con alcuni fornitori) Prima ho sempre registrato questi casi con Iva Indetraibile e il costo come spese di rapprensentanza. Adesso come devo fare? Per detrarre l'iva devo scrivere qualcosa sulla fattura, tipo la motivazione del pranzo, e dedurre il conto con la nuova normativa, oppure rimane spesa di rappresentanza con Iva indetraibile. grazie a chi mi vorrà rispondere.
