alessandro7 Posted April 22, 2022 Share Posted April 22, 2022 Salve, Ho un srls da qualche anno, le tasse e le imposte non mi permettono più di tenerla aperta ed ho deciso di chiuderla, anche perchè ho finito la liquidità, da gennaio ho stoppato le vendite e chiusi i conti correnti e tutti i contratti, ma il commercialista ancora non chiude la società, lui dice che c'è bisogno di tempo, e la normale procedura dura tanto, io però non ne sono convinto poichè sono passati già 4 mesi e probabilmente passerà anche il 5°. Ci vuole così tanto a chiudere una società? posso solo aspettare? Intanto continuano ad arrivare le richieste inps ed io ho finito i soldi. Grazie in anticipo.
