Una domanda specifica: se una srl è costretta a coprire le perdite riferite all'anno 2015 (140.000) entro la presentazione del bilancio il prossimo 10 luglio, come unica soluzione per evitare il fallimento, i soci sono tenuti a versare fisicamente la cifra entro tale data o si può presentare il bilancio con la copertura e provvedere entro "tot" a versare fisicamente la cifra?
